Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

This document explains the rules for using PeepMe (“the Platform”) and how we handle limited user data. By creating an account or using PeepMe in any capacity, you agree to the terms below.

By accessing or using PeepMe, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Terms”).

PeepMe is intended for adults only. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

PeepMe is a private software platform owned and operated by the Platform Owner. The Platform Owner’s role is to provide access to the PeepMe software and maintain core platform functionality.

Creators may purchase a license to use creator features. License fees may be offered on a monthly or yearly basis.

PeepMe does not act as a publisher, agent, broker, representative, or partner of any creator or subscriber.

Creators are solely responsible for all content, services, pricing, album structure, subscriptions, and offerings made available through the Platform.

PeepMe does not pre-approve or actively monitor all content, but reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content or account that violates these Terms.

Messaging features, if available, may be limited or one-way. Creators are not required to communicate with subscribers.

Subscriber access is granted through creator-provided identifiers such as a username or invite link/code. Creators are responsible for how they share their own usernames and invite links and may change them at any time.

Subscribers agree not to copy, record, redistribute, share, screenshot, download, or otherwise misuse creator content.

Harassment, coercion, boundary violations, impersonation, or attempts to bypass access controls are strictly prohibited.

PeepMe is designed for personal expression, creative work, and membership-based content sharing.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Explicit sexual content or depiction of sexual acts

• Graphic nudity intended for sexual arousal

• Pornographic content

• Sexual exploitation content or any content involving minors

• Non-consensual content

• Harassment, threats, coercion, or doxxing

• Illegal content or instructions to commit wrongdoing

Artistic, editorial, glamour, educational, fitness, or non-explicit nudity may be permitted provided it does not depict sexual acts or explicit sexual activity.

Users may report content believed to violate these rules. The Platform Owner reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users at sole discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Payments for subscriptions and tips may be processed through in-app purchase systems and/or approved third-party payment providers. Applicable marketplace commissions and payment processing fees may apply.

For creators, revenue calculations are based on net receipts actually received by the Platform after applicable marketplace commissions, payment processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.

Creators may be subject to a Platform revenue share once subscription earnings exceed a defined threshold.

Currently, a five percent (5%) Platform fee applies to net subscription revenue exceeding $2,000 USD within a month.

The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify revenue share structures, thresholds, or fee percentages with notice through updated Terms.

PeepMe is not responsible for payment processing failures, chargebacks, disputes, tax obligations, or financial disagreements between users and payment providers.

Chargebacks, refund disputes, and payment disagreements are handled by the applicable payment provider and the creator.

The Platform Owner bears no responsibility for resolving financial disputes between users.

PeepMe collects limited information necessary to operate the Platform, such as account identifiers, email address, display name, age verification status, and profile settings.

PeepMe is designed to be private. Content is visible only to users granted access through creator sharing.

There are no public feeds or algorithmic discovery systems.

PeepMe does not sell user data.

Certain information may be stored locally on a user’s device and/or through approved cloud services to support login state, profile persistence, and access control.

Reasonable safeguards are used; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and device access.

Users may delete their accounts using in-app controls.

PeepMe reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform safety standards.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for damages arising from user content, financial transactions, user interactions, service interruptions, or use of the Platform.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
